/// General
Site Information & Terms Of Use
Our sites, www.xsitedesigns.co.uk and
also www.webxsite.co.uk are domain trading platforms
for "X-Site Designs".
We offer the same services at the same price from
both domains, so please do not assume that one is
different from the other.
/// Payments
All payments are taken through PayPal
or where appropriate, WorldPay. Alternatively,
if you prefer, you can also set up a Standing Order
to our account, with your reference as "yourdomain.co.uk",
etc. We will supply you with all the relevant
account information after you have registered.
If your account falls into arrears, your domain will
become parked (inactive) until your account is
corrected, or in certain cases, settled in full.
If you purchase a website or hosting plan with us,
the minimum term is either 12 or 24 months, as
specified in your selection, and the full length of
service must be served with us and fully paid for if you decide to cancel
within this period or fail to make the required
amount of repayments. Your website will remain
our property until your account is settled in full
as or as "satisfied" and we will not release the
domain for transfer until this time. After
your contract has ended, you are free to transfer
away to a different hosting supplier, alternatively,
we will continue to offer you our services at the
current rate of supply, according to your requirements.
/// Web Data Protection
To provide services for you, we need
to handle personal information about you. This is
how we will look after that information.
When we ask you for personal information, we will

sure nobody has access to it who shouldn't. We

your information to any other company. You
